wider straws for ship captains
Do you like the whole book on good vs bad strategy or what are your favorite parts? Would love to skim it a bit so I was wondering what you liked/disliked!
The whole book can pretty much be boiled down to this framework/Process:
1. Diagnose the problem
2. Establish a guiding policy (the general approach for how you'll address the problem across all actions)
3. Lay out Coherent actions (what are the tangible actions you'll take)
If you can do these 3 things well, you're doing strategy better than most.
