But to start with the new;
I hung out with the creator of FISHO magazine last week. One of those random network connections that makes me hate the internet a little less.
FISHO is a magazine about fishing but also street photography and fashion.
People assume that the audience for something like this must look like this:
But not so.
illustrates a couple points…
Niche doesn’t mean small. There is a continuum between mass and insubstantial. Fringe is often more visible than mass because of its contrast.
the most interesting things are found at intersections.
Also, it reignited my intention around pursuing print again.
